What a way to wrap up the year!
Justin Petruzziello and John Zura of Residential Home Funding hosted an extraordinary event at Academy for Real Estate Careers. Door prizes, give aways, four fascinating presentations and a delicious dinner catered by a local restaurant made it an unforgettable evening.
Justin and John have a manner of describing the various mortgages and processes that doesn’t get anyone lost or confused. Ray Baine of Osprey Perspectives showed the benefits of drone photography in real estate sales. Ralph Aponte of Counsellors Title Agency, Inc. did a super job of demonstrating the title company’s role in the transaction. Danielle Lavin of Divine Design Team gave some great tips for home staging.
