The real estate market is booming, and you might recognize that there are opportunities for you in New Jersey real estate if you live in Pennsylvania or New York, or if you live in Florida part-time. If you’re already licensed in another state, don’t let that stop you from realizing those opportunities in NJ–come to Academy for Real Estate to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey!
The NJREC requires that NJ real estate agents take a 75 hour licensing class to become licensed to practice. We offer online classes so you don’t even need to cross state lines in order to get your NJ real estate license!
Out of State Broker Licensing
Generally, first-time brokers in New Jersey need to take 90 hours of classes before being licensed, along with meeting the state requirements for having enough listings closed under your name. However, if you’re already a licensed broker in NY, PA, or FL, all you need to do is take 2 30-hour broker classes from Academy for Real Estate and pass the exam–you don’t need to have any listings under your name in NJ!
