Ready to launch a new career?
New Jersey requires that every candidate for a real estate salesperson’s license satisfactorily complete an approved 75 hour licensing class, click here for schedule.
Our students range in age from age 18 to 80. They come from all walks of life. We’ve had dentists, chiropractors, high school principals, teachers, nurses and accountants. We’ve had high school seniors sitting alongside senior citizens. Stay at home moms next to paralegals. Students from foreign countries struggling with the English language and veterans just finishing their military obligation have successfully completed the course. If you’re at least 18 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent, a legal resident and of good moral character, you’re ready for the next step.
