• Cost Effective: We are among the lowest priced schools in New Jersey. There’s never a charge for book, class tests, quizzes, final certification, or additional classes.
• Additional class time: “Test shy” students, are welcome to attend additional classes for up to one year. Either a single class or the entire course. Never a charge.
• Instructors: Our instructors have backgrounds in real estate sales as well as years of teaching experience. Classes are fun, fast and informative with lots of exchange between students and teachers. Questions are always welcome.
• Convenient: We offer both day and evening classes, through Zoom, no traveling required. Student always has the option to transfer to another class.
• Guidance: Students are encouraged to come to us after licensing with questions and concerns. We like to say that we are their 411 and 911
• Full Service: In addition to sales licensing classes, we offer broker classes for both New Jersey and out of state students, continuing education and sales training classes.
